the location was stunning, close enough to the restaurant and the dracula bran castle and the surrounding mountains. it also was in romanian mountain side. the room with a nice view of the mountains. the breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was good.

It was clean with good customer service. The stay was very nice because of the perfect and beautiful location of the property. The restaurant was big and food was appetising! I greatly enjoyed staying at this family-friendly hotel because of the unique ambience.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show and I was impressed with the featured amenities they provided. The business center was well-equipped and the complimentary newspapers in the lobby were a nice touch. The multilingual staff was extremely helpful and made my stay even more convenient. , the 2 meeting rooms were perfect for my work needs.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated office space within the hotel. It would have been helpful to have a private area where I could work without any distractions.

The room was so cozy and comfortable, with a nice desk where I could work. Loved the free toiletries in the private bathroom! As a busy parent, I really appreciated the free WiFi in the room. It made it easy for me to stay connected while taking care of the kids. The spacious room had a beautiful balcony with mountain views. Waking up to that scenery was delightful! The suite was perfect for our family, with a separate bedroom and living room. The bathtub and hairdryer in the bathroom were a nice touch. The suite also had soundproof walls, which was amazing. We didn't have to worry about our noise disturbing others or vice versa. The living room in the suite had a comfy sofa bed, which came in handy when the kids wanted to sleep close to us. The suite's bathroom was well stocked with a bath and free toiletries. It made us feel pampered throughout our stay.

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV with cable channels in the suite unnecessary. I prefer spending time outdoors rather than watching TV.
